About Appdome Mobile OS, SDK and Published App Support Policy

Appdome is a mobile integration platform as a service (iPaaS) that allows users to add a wide variety of features, SDKs and APIs to Android and iOS apps. Using a simple ‘click to add’ user interface, Appdome allows anyone to easily integrate features to any mobile app – instantly, no code or coding required.

Apple, Google, SDK developers and App publishers continually make updates to their software in order to ensure built (fused) apps work with new mobile operating system (OS) releases and new SDKs. To ensure that you are using the latest published app in the catalog, some requirements must be met.

Appdome End-Of-Life (EOL) and End-Of-Service (EOS) policy

End-of-Life (EOL) is when Appdome will no longer add any new features for the OS or SDK version.
End-of-Support (EOS) is when Appdome will no longer provide support for the OS or SDK version.

During the period between EOL and EOS Appdome will provide bug and security fixes, if any, only. Appdome users and end-users of Appdome users, will not receive code updates in support of Appdome-built apps running on OS versions that are no longer within the support policy outlined below. For Reference, “Code updates” mean updates to the Appdome platform that are made generally available to all customers or customer-specific hotfixes for Appdome-built apps.

Although existing built (fused) apps that ran on old OS or SDK versions will continue to work on the older systems, Appdome will validate built (fused) apps against all mobile operations systems and SDK systems within the support policy.

A mobile OS, SDK, and App are considered old based on the following criteria:
