The “Extended Logs” toggle adds extended logging to your device console log. You can use Xcode, Android Debug Bridge or other computer programs to view the logs.
To make it easier for you to share the logs with us or your colleagues, Appdome has two other options to extract the logs from the Device: activate “Tap to upload logs” (iOS) or “Shake to upload logs” (Android), to automatically send your logs to Appdome; activate “Tap to email logs” or “Shake to email logs” to launch the email client with the logs attached to send us or anyone else the logs.
Use the upload logs version if your device doesn’t have an email client or built application restricts the use of email applications. Use the email logs version if your built application restricts connections. The two options work well together.
