Appdome is a no-code mobile integration platform as a service (iPaaS), supporting a wide variety of implementations for Android and iOS apps.
This Knowledge Base article provides an overview of the Appdome platform and is ideal for people who are new to Appdome.
We hope you find it useful and enjoy using Appdome!
Appdome is a unique, patent-pending, mobile integration automation technology that allows an authorized user to point, click and integrate any external feature set(s) to one or more mobile apps in minutes (sometimes, seconds).
Appdome is compatible with mobile apps built in any development environment including Native Android and iOS apps, hybrid apps and non-native apps built in Xamarin, Cordova, and React Native, Ionic and more. This streamlines implementations, cuts development work, and ensures a guaranteed and consistent integration to any mobile app.
Appdome Platform – a Code-Less Platform to Automate Mobile Integration
The Appdome platform is a cloud-based service that automates mobile app integrations. It is designed for use by mobile developers and mobile professionals (Mobile IT, Ops, LOB) to rapidly integrate new functionality and 3rd party SDKs & services to mobile apps – on demand, without coding.
What are the Key Components of the Appdome platform?
Once you create an account, you’ll discover Appdome platform’s three key parts:
Mobile Integration Workflow– this is the primary interface that the user experiences interacting with the service. It includes a step-by-step, intuitive workflow for uploading, fusing, signing, deploying and analyzing their fused apps as well as collaboration and productivity tools.
App Library – this library enables subscribers to upload and store an unlimited number of mobile apps in a stateful, private repository associated with each account. The App Library allows users to use Appdome to integrate any number of mobile services or Fusion Sets to those apps.
Fusion workbench – this is where the user selects the services they want to fuse to a particular app and create Fusion Sets (saved combinations of fusion settings unique to each user) to apply to apps. The workbench is also where the user makes individual configuration settings, for example within our Appdome Mobile Security Suite.
