Appdome Support Levels Overview
This knowledge base article summarizes the support levels available to Appdome customers. Every Appdome customer has to subscribe to one of these support levels in order to get access to the Appdome platform.
Appdome Support Levels
There are 3 support levels Appdome customers can choose from. They are: Appdome-Security Release Management (SRM), our highest support level; Appdome-DEV; and Appdome-Go. Please refer to the following matrix for a detailed overview of the different levels.

Note:
Deleting the non-protected version of an app that is in production significantly impacts Appdome’s ability to resolve any support ticket(s) opened against this version. In such cases, resolution SLAs are not applicable.
